Positive: The staff was great, and the hotel was very clean , however it was also tired and dated ( at least on the 5th floor, my room carpet was very worn & dated) In the room there was no place to put anything,I was there for 2 weeks doing hospice care for my mom whom passed away while I was there..I could barely use the dresser between the beds because there was not enough room to.ooen the drawers because the bedding stopped the drawers from opening. That's just bizarre.
Negative: The morning of the funeral,My sister accidentally spilled coffee on one of the beds,I called and asked if the bed could be changed between the hours we would be at the funeral and the Shiva afterwards. So they had 7 hours , unfortunately they did not enter the room at all, so we lived with the stained bed.
